Exciting News! Our AVI-VIGA20 and AVI-VIGA300 vacuum induction gas atomizer have been successfully delivered and commissioned!

🔬 The AVI-VIGA20, designed for research, features a compact structure as 4000×5000×6500mm with a 20kg crucible capacity and 1.5-hour average production rate. It has effectively supported high-frequency, sufficient-level scientific research powder preparation, with a -200 mesh powder yield of ≥80% for materials like FeSiAl and FeSi.

🏭 The AVI-VIGA300, an industrial-grade model, has a 350kg crucible capacity. After multiple hot trials, it produced high-purity Ni nickel powder with excellent indicators: oxygen increase ≤100ppm, through-powder yield ≥95%, impurities <50ppm, and 14-45μm powder average yield ≥40%.
