Focus on high-end equipment; Over 10 years of industry technology accumulation, in September 2022, Avimetal strategically laid out the field of metal 3D printer equipment. Based on serving national scientific and technological strategic goals and major engineering construction, it customized and developed four high-end printing equipment for cutting-edge technology fields such as scientific research institutions, university institutions, aerospace, shipbuilding and marine engineering, with forming dimensions ranging from 250 × two hundred and fifty × 300mm~605 × six hundred and five × 650mm, meeting different printing needs such as scientific research and mass production, and assisting in the autonomous mass production of heavy equipment components such as missiles, arrows, satellites, aircraft, and ships in China.

At the exhibition site, the innovative 3D printer equipment of the MT280, MT330, MT450, and MT650 series has received multiple customer inquiries, focusing on high-end equipment, and providing equipment support for cutting-edge technology research, cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and mass application for customers in the three aviation industries.

The above components are all printed using MT450, using Avimetal’s independent materials 316L and GH4169 to meet functional requirements, and delivered to civil aviation and aerospace customers.

MT450 forming size 400 × four hundred and fifty × 500mm, equipped with an independent pick-up compartment and an efficient and powerful wind farm structure design, the entire machine is developed to balance printing quality and efficiency. It is a batch production selection model for medium and large components in industries such as aerospace.
